Lullabird

Privacy policy

Version 1.0 · Effective 10 August 2026

Who we are

Lullabird is operated by Travis Abadie. Contact: support@lullabird.app.

Who this app is for

The account holder must be a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. Children do not create accounts, do not sign in, and are not asked for any information.

What we collect

From you, the account holder

About your child

That is everything. Four pieces of information about your child, three of which are your own settings.

What we never collect

Your child’s last name, birthdate, age, gender, photograph or video. Any recording of your child’s voice. Location. Contacts. Advertising identifiers. Any information about how your child uses the app.

The app does not request microphone, camera or location permission. It cannot record anything, because it has no ability to.

Why a first name only

Our database physically rejects a name containing a space. We built it that way so a full name cannot be stored even by accident.

How your child’s name is used

The name is turned into audio and mixed into a song. The resulting audio file is stored by the name itself, not by your account — so two children with the same first name and the same settings share one file. That file contains no information about your child, and it is not linked to your account.

Who we share with

We do not sell, rent or share personal information for advertising. We use these service providers to operate the app:

ProviderReceivesPurpose
SupabaseYour email; your child’s first name and settingsDatabase and sign-in
CloudflareRequests for audio filesStorage and delivery
ResendYour email addressSending your sign-in code

We use no advertising networks, no analytics services and no tracking of any kind.

Children’s privacy

We designed this app to collect as little about a child as it is possible to collect and still work. If you believe we hold information about your child you did not provide, contact support@lullabird.app and we will delete it.

[LEGAL-REVIEW: confirm whether verifiable parental consent under COPPA §312.5 is required given the mixed-audience classification, or whether the parent-operated account is sufficient.]

Where we operate

Lullabird is available in the United States only. Our providers store data in the United States.

Changes

We will notify you in the app before a material change takes effect and ask you to accept the new version.

[LEGAL-REVIEW: confirm state-law disclosures — CCPA/CPRA applicability, and whether any state child-privacy statute adds requirements.]
